As we proceed in the negotiations, we are not at liberty to discuss any details of this process. There is a current agreement that CPR is leasing a part of the tanks at Bullenbaai for bunkering according to local and international rules and legislation.

CPR took notice of an article in AP and local news outlets which insinuates that CPR is one of the companies that helps the Venezuelan government to bypass US sanctions. This information is inaccurate, baseless, and based on erroneous documentation. There have not been, and currently, there are no relationships or agreements between our organization and any government or subsidiaries of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

At its core, CPR is a company that operates according to high ethical standards, following all the laws and treaties in place governing the oil market.

CPR’s focus is on signing a lease agreement with local authorities to take the necessary actions so that we can soon present our concrete plans for putting Curaçao again on the international map of oil refineries.
