Despite inaccurate claims made by unauthorized dealer, the Volkswagen ID models offered do not have international warranty, and services or maintenance cannot be performed by an authorized Volkswagen distributors. Furthermore, Volkswagen and the importer cannot provide customers with genuine Volkswagen parts to models that are only sold in China.
